From the moment we walked in, the place had that warm, welcoming Texas BBQ vibe—laid-back, family-friendly, and packed with the smell of smoked meats. The staff was fast, friendly, and kept the line moving smoothly. The food was incredible—tender brisket, flavorful sides, and desserts that hit the spot.

Simply incredible! We are from Florida, but have been here twice in the last year. Best brisket I have ever had. The sausage was really good too. And don't miss out on the Texas Twinkie! Food is really good and the service is even better. Next time we are in Dallas, this will be a place we will eat again. I encourage anyone to give it a try.

Hutchins BBQ has been on our bucket list for a while! It was certainly even more than expected.....the ABSOLUTE BEST BBQ we have EVER had and that says a lot as we have enjoyed our share of BBQ from all over the place [not to mention the banana pudding and peach cobbler dessert bar]! The staff was extra helpful and very friendly! The decor was over the top, too! When I greeted staff as we got ready to leave, she even offered us a free sample of the pork belly burnt ends that was like the "icing on the cake" kinda bite! Thank yall for everything...we'll definitely be back!!!

Ava (possibly Amy) was such a great server! She does a great job and so friendly. We’re from Illinois and we don’t have anything this good as far as BBQ goes. Keep up the great work! We loved it Also, the free dessert was awesome! That peach cobbler is light years better than any other one I've ever had!!!

This was my first time visiting The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque in Trophy Club, and Ryleigh made it an incredible experience. I can be super indecisive, but she was so patient and kind. I asked for her recommendations, and she took her time walking me through the menu—even while the restaurant was busy. She greeted me with a warm attitude, didn’t rush me, and even apologized for what I didn’t consider a long wait. As a business owner myself, I know firsthand that great customer service makes all the difference—and Ryleigh nailed it. The food was great, but honestly, the service stood out even more. Thank you for making such a great hire. I’ll definitely be back!

The brisket and Texas Twinkie were excellent! The line moves fast even on a packed Friday night. The staff were so nice and even brought us some extra sides. The free dessert banana pudding, cobbler and ice cream was delicious. Overall a great BBQ joint!

This place is by far the best BBQ in Texas! I was greeted with southern hospitality wish I remembered they guy name but I got a front row seat tour of the bbq pits and how each one functions and the history of how the process works on the all smokers the whole crew was nice from the meat cutter to the cashier to the bus table cleans the atmosphere is nice friendly and make you feel at home! You will get the best smoked meat in Texas. I order the Texas Twinkie and the burnt tips with Mac and cheese and japeleno beans! I also ordered a chopped brisket stuff bake potato that was really delicious! The fried Twinkie by far is one of their best creations make sure you get the rub brush to glaze it for a sweet Smokey taste you won’t be disappointed the pricing is far a reasonable they have plenty of seating for a party and large families. You get FREE desert if you dine in Banana pudding or peach cobbler and Ice cream the peach cobbler is a bit salty so you will need ice cream this is a great BBQ RESTAURANT AND MY FAMILY HAD A BLAST I WENT THURSDAY EVENING AROUND 4! I wish I could upload my full tour but forgot to record!

Amazing! Can’t wait to be back. Best bbq place I have ever eat in my life. Please don’t forget to the mac and cheese! I am still dreaming about it. I was so surprised that we could get complimentary dessert! Try both because it was DELICIOUS! The team were so nice, the decor was so cute!
